By accessing or using NarrativeRadar ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

NarrativeRadar is a decision-support intelligence tool that aggregates publicly available news from multiple geopolitical information blocks, identifies events, and presents competing narratives side by side. The Service separates observable facts from interpretations and conditional scenarios.

NarrativeRadar is NOT: a truth arbiter, a fact-checker, an opinion platform, an investment advisor, a trading signal service, a media outlet, or an ideological product.

• You must provide a valid email address to register
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure
• You may register with email/password or through OAuth providers (Google, Microsoft, Apple)
• One account per person; automated or bulk account creation is prohibited
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data beyond reasonable personal use
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service infrastructure
• Redistribute, republish, or resell content from the Service without authorization
• Use the Service to generate misleading or manipulative content

The Service's design, code, and original content (summaries, analysis, structured data) are owned by NarrativeRadar. Underlying news articles remain the property of their respective publishers — we link to original sources and provide transformative summaries only.

You may share event links and briefings for personal and non-commercial purposes. Systematic redistribution requires written permission.

The Service may reference market sectors, financial instruments, or economic indicators. This is strictly informational context, not investment advice. NarrativeRadar does not recommend buying, selling, or allocating assets. Always consult a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions.

NarrativeRadar aggregates and structures information from third-party sources. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any content. Narratives are presented as-is from their source blocks — we do not endorse or verify any interpretation. All conclusions are left to the user.

The Service offers free and premium tiers. Feature availability may change. We reserve the right to modify tier features, pricing, or access levels with reasonable notice. Existing paid subscriptions will be honored for their current billing period.

You may delete your account at any time from the Profile page. Deletion is immediate and irreversible — all personal data, watchlists, alerts, and preferences are permanently removed. See our Privacy Policy for details on data retention.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NarrativeRadar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to financial losses based on information obtained through the Service.

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with updated terms, you should stop using the Service and delete your account.

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of the service operator's jurisdiction.
